Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
When will I receive my order?
If your order is received before 15:00 on a normal working day, standard stock items will be sent out by courier and received the next day via FedEx.
Can I receive my ordered products sooner?
Yes. We have a variety of delivery options provided at an additional cost.
Can I return incorrectly ordered items?
Yes. Please contact your Area Sales Representative or the Sales Department who will advise and carry out the relevant administration.
Do you provide Training Documents ?
Yes. Please contact either the Sales Department or your Area Representative.
Do you offer training on your products?
Yes. Training is provided by your Area Representative and it is free of charge.
